BWP Launches Corporate Reputation And ESG Offering To Support Growing Client Demand

Integrated marketing agency BWP has announced the launch of a new corporate reputation and ESG offering, marking a strategic expansion of its services to support clients with business-critical communications.

The move brings together a range of BWP’s existing capabilities under a single, more defined proposition, spanning ESG strategy and communications, stakeholder engagement, B2B PR and social, internal communications and crisis management, alongside specialist areas such as media training, public affairs and investor communications.

The launch responds to increasing demand from clients for senior, strategic support beyond traditional campaign delivery, as organisations look to better manage their reputation in an increasingly complex and fast-moving environment. This includes a growing need for insight-led decision making, as asset managers balance commercial performance with evolving consumer behaviour, stakeholder expectations and long-term investment considerations.

BWP has already been delivering work in this space for a number of clients, including Eldon Square and Trafford Centre, with a growing focus on ESG, brand and communications strategy, stakeholder engagement and corporate storytelling. The agency’s ESG work has been recognised with multiple industry awards, including Impact Report of the Year for two consecutive years at the ESG & Sustainability Awards, as well as winning a MAPIC Sustainability Award for Trafford Centre’s For Our Future programme.

Sian Kilgour, Client Partner at BWP, who has been leading the agency’s ESG offering, said: “Reputation plays a critical role in the success of retail and leisure destinations. These are highly visible, community-facing assets, where perception directly impacts footfall, tenant demand and investor confidence.

“As the market becomes more complex, there is an increasing focus on how assets are positioned and protected – from ESG and stakeholder engagement through to crisis preparedness and leadership visibility.

“We’ve been delivering this work successfully for some of the UK’s best-loved retail brands and destinations for a number of years, and this is about building on that momentum – bringing our capabilities together into a more defined offer that supports our clients in creating resilient, high-performing assets.”

Jacey Bunker, Managing Director at BWP, added: “This is a natural evolution for BWP. For over 30 years, we’ve helped shape consumer brands and destinations through creative and integrated marketing, building profile, driving footfall and delivering commercial impact.

“What we’re seeing now is a growing need for that same strategic thinking to be applied at a corporate level – helping clients shape how they are perceived by investors, stakeholders and the wider market.

“This new offering brings those capabilities together, allowing us to support clients not just in building brands, but in strengthening and protecting the reputation of the businesses behind them.”

The corporate reputation and ESG practice will be supported by a cross-agency team spanning PR, social, strategy and creative, alongside a network of specialist consultants.

The offer is underpinned by BWP’s in-house data and insights team, which continually monitors client performance against consumer behaviour and wider industry trends, ensuring strategy is informed by real-time commercial and market intelligence.

This follows a recent strengthening of BWP’s senior leadership team, including the appointment of Client Partner Richard Pinfold, who joins from British Land with extensive experience leading integrated B2B and B2C strategies across major retail portfolios.
